Start WE-Up – Accendiamo l’imprenditoria femminile nasce dalla necessità di trovare una voce comune che valorizzi l’impresa femminile in una dimensione nazionale ed europea.
Un progetto che si propone una doppia finalità: abbattere tutti quegli ostacoli (sociali, burocratici, legislativi) che frenano le donne nel mettersi in gioco nel mondo professionale e del lavoro e contribuire alla definizione unica europea di impresa femminile.
Un Manifesto, dunque, che si racchiude in quel “WE” che si presta a una duplice interpretazione: un tradotto NOI, che vuole essere molto ampio ed inclusivo, e l’anagramma di Women Empowerment.

Start WE-Up - Let's Ignite Women’s Entrepreneurship stems from the need to find a common voice to enhance women’s entrepreneurship in a national and European dimension.
A project with a double aim: to break down all those obstacles (social, bureaucratic, legislative) that hinder women from getting involved in the professional and working world and to contribute to the single European definition of women's enterprise.
A Manifesto, therefore, encapsulated in that “WE” which lends itself to a dual interpretation: the word itself, WE, which is meant to be very broad and inclusive, and the anagram of Women Empowerment.

Le projet « Start WE-Up – Accendiamo l’imprenditoria femminile » découle de la nécessité de trouver une voix commune permettant de valoriser l'entrepreneuriat féminin dans une dimension nationale et européenne.Un projet à double objectif : briser tous les obstacles (sociaux, bureaucratiques, législatifs) qui empêchent les femmes de s'impliquer dans le monde du travail et contribuer à une définition européenne unique de l'entrepreneuriat féminin. Un Manifeste, donc, qui se base sur ce « WE » qui se prête à une double interprétation : la traduction d'un NOUS qui se veut large et inclusif, et l'anagramme de Women Empowerment (ou autonomisation des femmes en français).
